TW124 | bondage

Dit werk startte als een proef om zwarte inkt te combineren met schilderstape. Omdat de inkt niet droogt op dit materiaal heb ik gezocht naar een alternatief en kwam uit bij zwart garen. Kleur én textuur / This work began as an experiment in combining black ink with painter’s tape. Since the ink does not dry on this material, I sought an alternative and settled on black thread. Color and texture / Ce projet a débuté comme une expérience visant à combiner de l'encre noire et du ruban de masquage. L'encre ne séchant pas sur ce matériau, j'ai cherché une alternative et j'ai finalement opté pour du fil noir. De la couleur et de la texture.

> Op de achterzijde zijn onder en boven twee aluminium hoekprofielen bevestigd met gaatjes. Hiermee kan het werk iets van de muur, aan onzichtbare nylondraad opgehangen worden / On the back, two aluminium corner profiles with holes are attached, one at the top and one at the bottom. These allow the work to be hung slightly away from the wall on invisible nylon cord / Au verso, deux profilés d'angle en aluminium avec des trous sont fixés, un en haut et un en bas. Ils permettent d'accrocher l'œuvre légèrement détachée du mur, à l'aide d'un fil de nylon invisible.
